What if my product I bought from you becomes defective outside of the 30 day return policy?
May of our products carry a product warranty. Contact us to find out if your product has a warranty and instructions for getting it fixed. Click here for additional information on shipping and returns.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept wire payments and COD which may be subject to additional charges. Through warnertechcare.com we allow for NET 15 terms for established accounts with an approved credit application. Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax to businesses in Minnesota unless they are tax exempt.
